Kindly review my salon policy below. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the terms and conditions of my salon policy.

ARRIVING AT THE SALON

 

I fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. If you are running late please contact me as soon as possible by phone to allow me to advise the best course of action.

 

I will always do my best to accommodate late arrivals (within 10 minutes after your appointment) by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. (Does not include brow appointments or treatments less than 15 minutes long)

 

Unfortunately, arriving 10 minutes after the scheduled time of your appointment will result in the cancellation of your appointment, our cancellation policy will apply.

 

If you have a gift voucher and do not show up for your treatment or cancel less than 24 hours before your treatment time, you will forfeit your voucher.

 

I will be happy to answer any questions you may have about our location, parking, and travel options.

 

**COVID**

 

Due to the new way we are required to work, I have introduced new protocols for the safety of the clients and myself. Please read the following carefully, and details of what to expect on your next visit.

 

DATA PROTECTION – I may be required to share your contact details with the NHS Test and Trace  if requested.

 

SYMPTOMS OF COVID -19 – If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid 19 which include high fever, continuous cough, loss of sense of smell and taste, please reschedule your appointment.

 

 

VOUCHERS

 

Vouchers can be purchased for any amount and are valid from one year from purchase date. Once past this date vouchers will no longer be accepted in the salon.

 

Vouchers are non-transferable, exchangeable or refundable

 

I accept no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen vouchers

 

When booking a treatment with a voucher, please state the voucher number and bring the voucher with you to produce prior to the treatment. Failure to do so will result in full payment of the treatment.

 

If a booking is made with the voucher and the appointment is missed the voucher will become invalid.

 

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any ongoing offers in the salon!

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Please understand that as a business I run on an appointment basis. When a client cancels late or misses appointments this costs me financially. I do appreciate that things do crop up, so I do ask you to notify myself as soon as possible. If you miss an appointment, I will contact you to notify you on the missed appointment. I do appreciate your custom, and also appreciate our time is precious.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Since I may turn away other clients to hold your reservation, if you do not cancel your appointment you will be notified and a record will be kept on your client file, 100% of your total treatment cost will be charged. Unless you reschedule your appointment straight away within 4 weeks then there will be no cancelation charge (this can only be done once) For missed appointments the full cost of the appointment will be charged.

 

REFUND POLICY – PRODUCTS

 

I cannot give refunds on any products sold due to health and safety reasons. If there is a fault with the product I will contact the manufacturer for a resolution.

 

TREATMENT AFTERCARE

Please refer to the aftercare for all services on the treatment aftercare page. Please follow the aftercare stated to maintain results. The results from each treatment will differ from client to client. Further treatments may be required to achieve the realistic results explained in the consultation.

 

WEBSITE INFORMATION AND PRICES

 

Whilst I endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, I do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do I commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

 

From time to time I add new/remove treatments to/from my menu. Please check with me for treatment updates and prices. Treatment times may vary to booking times. Prices and treatments may change.

 

EMAIL SIGN UP FORMS

The sole purpose of the email sign up form is to collect your email address to use for booking purposes, booking reminders and client contact information. I do not sell or forward information, and any information is kept strictly confidential, in line with GDPR.

 

APPOINTMENT TIMES

 

All timings shown throughout the site and on other marketing material refer to appointment times and not treatment times. Treatment time includes arrival, consultation, treatment time and post consultation.

 

MOBILE PHONES

 

Mobile phones are permitted but if you do need to make or take calls this may have a knock on effect to your treatment quality and timing.

 

PATCH TESTING

 

Patch testing is required for certain treatments and must be completed before your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse any treatment that requires a patch test if it has not been completed 24/48hrs prior to your appointment. Failure to complete a patch test before your appointment will result in cancellation and our cancellation policy will apply.

 

AGE RESTRICTIONS

 

You must be 18 years or over to receive treatments or parental consent will be required. I reserve the right to refuse performing treatments on any guest who is under the age of consent.

 

CLEANLINESS

 

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, my equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

 

LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PERSONAL ITEMS

 

I regret that I cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items at the beauty room. Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times.

 

THERAPIST/STAFF ILLNESS

 

Unfortunately, I might have to cancel your appointments due to illness and emergency. Please rest assured that in such events I will discuss with yourself when will be best to move your appointment to another time or day that can accommodate your treatment. We will notify you as soon as we can if we need to cancel your appointment.

 

PAYMENT

 

I accept cash and all major credit cards, I do not accept cheques.

 

GRATUITY

 

Our prices do not include gratuity. A cash gratuity is especially appreciated.
